UKG Time & Attendance Training

Project Overview

This training supported the company’s cross-divisional rollout of a new Time and Attendance system.

As part of this project , I created training for people managers and hourly employees on needed system functions, including timekeeping, scheduling, navigation, and reporting.

Please note that to protect confidentiality of proprietary work, images are intentionally pixelated, with high-level descriptions provided.

Responsibilities

In this project, led all areas of instructional design, including training strategy, course development, voiceover work, and video recording. 

I also supported drafted communications to support change management and training implementation.
