Financial Planning Training

This project provided introductory training to a divisional financial planning system used within the company.

Given the expertise required to navigate the financial system, I created a video-led training program, collaborating with subject-matter experts to guide users through the content.  Videos were embedded within Articulate Rise modules and supplemented with branded job aids and communications.

Responsibilities

I led all areas of instructional design, including training strategy, course development, and video editing.  Because the project incorporated SME-led videos, I collaborated with our SMEs to finalize a training script and to film talking-head and software-based interactions.

 I also supported change management efforts in this project, overseeing the change-related communications.
