Employee Benefits Training

This project provided training on employee discounts to all new and existing employees across the company.  

To capture learner’s interest, I created a dynamic teaser video to kick off a more comprehensive policy-based training module.  The video is now required onboarding for all incoming employees.

Responsibilities

I led all areas of instructional design, including training strategy, course development, voiceover work, and video production.  I also took the lead with project management, establishing a project plan and communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.  

For this project, we used the successive approximation model (SAM) design approach. I collaborated with our subject matter experts to incorporate feedback from 1500 learner evaluations into our iterative design process.

I also oversaw project-related communications, drafting branded emails and articles to manage change during training implementation.
