Responsibilities
This large-scale project was a fantastic opportunity to collaboratively develop training with other change management and instructional design partners. We developed the training strategy collectively, and I provided a development framework to facilitate group work sessions.
As part of this project, I led instructional design efforts for specific course development work, including developing an SME-led continuous improvement training video. The video incorporated storytelling, motion graphics, and screen captures to promote learner engagement.
I also developed all project branding and visuals, including course graphics, which helped inspire development work.
